A mate who plays 'nids is putting together a 'nid fleet for BFG and wants a prow pyro-acid battery for his cruiser. The stats for this are given in the ship's data entry but in the fleet list there is no points cost.

Does anyone know how much this should be? I've double checked the book and the downloadable pdf's and there's no cost listed. I assume it will be in the 20-30pt range but does anyone have an 'official' figure?

personally I wouldnt bother because cruisers are not worth building. Take hive ships, keep them cheap and take lots of them.

I'll let him know - I think its just so he can point it up for our first couple of games until he gets the hang of the rules, then he can find out the loopholes for himself...

There's a faq or errata that addresses this and the missing entry for the hive ship. Look for it, it's out there.
