Sanguniary Novitiate has better survivability than jumppack Sanguniary Priest, since not being an IC made him harder to be sniped down in combat. The other Sanguniary Priest has better protection.

In general, I think it's a pretty good list. I mean, I think I understand what you're trying to do with the Terminator Squad and the SP in Terminator armor, but I think they're going to be easily isolated from the rest of your army and picked off due to the movement difference. I think you'd be better off with a Vet Vanguard squad instead. My other thought would be to replace the hand flamers with infernus pistols, but that's a minor point. You should have enough anti-infantry in your CC abilities to not need the hand flamers, but that's just my opinion.
