1. what do the numbers mean?
2. how big are the pockets on the side of the P.A.C.K 432, as in what will they fit?
3. if I order a custom load out that doesn't include a custom topper and decide to buy one anyway, how thick is it?
thats all I have just now but I may add more

1. How many standard troop models the pack can hold
2. If you check the You Tube videos, they go into great details. Dice, Templates, etc.
3. Like a quarter inch thick(ish).
#3 is the only one I'm not 100% certain on. Tthough I'm certain I'm close, if incorrect.

If you are talking about the thin sheet of foam that goes over the final tray, its maybe 1/8-1/4 inch thick, however they give you like 4 of them (at least in most of my cases)
But I never use them anyway, and you can actually cram more than they advertise in the top of a 1520
