I've just seen some piccies around the forum which have the explosion from the barrel of the gun on them, probably made out of green stuff.
I was just wondering if anyone can show me any pictures of any more of these kind of models or even tell me the best ways to go about it.

Check out Armorcast's "Cinematic Effects". They have a wide range of Muzzle flashes, rocket launches, explosions, etc.

I hope that's the kind of thing you're looking for.

Otherwise, you can get similar effects using heated and stretched sprue (and lots of practice).
Used to use this technique for aerials and muzzle blasts.

Pretty sure they do ship internationally, although generally postage out of the states is quite high.

Sorry guys i checked out the site on my PSP and didn't know if they shipped to England. And winters right, i would cost tons of dosh.
