Can't say I every envisioned a LotR looking like that.

How so? the chariot? Crossbows have been a thing since the Two Towers and the goat riders are quite thematic.

The Acquisitor is smaller than I thought it would be, not that that's a problem. If anything that's better.

Such an interesting and unique design.

I think it most accurately describes my current feels. Because my god... this September marks TWO YEARS since it was previewed. All the Custodes stuff has come out and from what I can tell, none of that predates my beloved decals.

At this point, I am losing hope.

Oh. I do hope this is just because they currently don't have time to make a new mold and not beause they're throwing the Corsairs under a bus. I don't want to deal with some dodgy recasters to finish my army.

Reading over the Kharon, saw this:

Nah man, Valdor has only been seen as a 3d render, and the Terminators have only been shown off. Plus we dont have all our different Guardian Spears!

Normally they dispatch everything in one big go when the preordered products are released.

Honestly, I would be more happy with them fixing molds for models that have been out of stock for years.

I dunno, there are a lot of Blood Ravens fans around without that chapter getting much of a lore mention let alone rules in the tabletop game. I think it's nice they gave Polnareff a model.

It's just annoying and boring, when 90% of their releases are space marines of various flavors. The rest 10% being Hobbit and Blood Bowl. When was the last time we saw them release anything new for Tyranids? Dark Eldar? Eldar? Guard? Necrons? Orks?

I wonder if his rules will allow him to leap tall buildings in a single bound like he can in DoW III.

Context is important. Blood Ravens are long overdue one or two unique models and a chapter tactic.

The Custodes, despite being augmented power armoured human supersoldiers and thus to all intents and purposes a marine release, added a new imperial subfaction with a distinct asthetic and playstyle.

Some of these seem more worth complaining about than others, is what I'm saying.

Inb4 Fly and the ability to hammer-pound after landing causing D3 mortal wounds to each enemy unit within 6" of him whenever he finishes moving.

Gabriel does look nice, though it would've been nicer if he was released alongside, or closer to the release of the actual game.
