I think i have just bought a Mk6 SM Captain from another Dakka user. Does anyone have an Pics because i have no idea what he will look like?

Dude chill out. Just ask the other user for a description. Or look up all the related pictures for yourself, as said. Not much anyone can say, considering there are different looks of mk6 armored captains.

Wow this turned to hell fast. Seriously though, he googled "Mk 6 Space Marine Captain" or maybe just "Mk 6 Space Marine" and got results. I don't understand why you can't do the same thing. And don't get so mad at him. You might've been trying to be funny, but it came off as very rude.

Are you referring to when DarkAngelsRK mentioned that he didn't know which you were talking about? Do you think that he was intentionally keeping these pictures from you or something? Where do you get off, telling someone off like that, for simply not knowing something? Most likely, he got a lot of results and simpy didn't have time to post all of them. Don't be so selfish in assuming that people can do whatever you need.
And your behaviour towards Gordino is completely unwarranted. Is the fact that he suggested something, that a reasonable person would've done, so bad? I mean honestly. If you can't find pictures on google, that needn't mean you post so rudely. And I know you're type, you're just gonna storm off, talking about how we're being unreasonable, and how your behaviour was completely justified, given the circumstances. But the manner in which you responded to the other users is unnacceptable. There's no need to insult other users the way you did, when a proper alternative is available. What would've been wrong, with simply saying that you couldn't find pictures and that was why you were asking? Did you think YOU were being clever?
And I apologize in advance if this offends you, but as a good majority will agree (even if they don't say it outright) I'm probably right.

I know that it seems like I'm extending the life of the thread, but I feel like this'll nag at me. And anyways, it's already at the top of the P&M forum.

Look on page 20 on the current space marine codex and it shows the image of a mk6 corvus pattern space marine so that gives you the general idea.

Right Apologies gentlemen, for things getting out of control but i would not Post does anyone know what it looks like if i hadn't already looked for it on Google in Images and online. I spent a fruitless 2 hours looking for it before putting up the Post in the hope of finding it.

Everyone on this Forum is pretty bright so I wouldn't insult them by telling them to Google themselves, i would assume they had already done so and had negative results thats why we help each other by posting things we find.

I got a little bit angry because people start chucking insults around and so I put the thing to bed.

In future I'll write "I have looked on Google for the last 2 hours and found nothing could anyone help out?"

Right. Type in space marine armour (make sure you use the english spelling) into google. Fourth image of the second row is a list of old SM armour variants, which include the Mk VI.

Honestly you're a bit of a numpty. How the hell can you spend two hours searching and not come up with something I found in about a second?

In the codex, Mark VI armor (or armour) is basically:

Beak
Bumpy (beaded) shoulder pad
Non-Bumpy legs

Thats the exact thing i was thinking of. The beakies, although they made a few helmet-less captains.

Either way having an old school vintage beaky is always good. I love those little things. They make me laugh. I think i still have a squad or two packed away somewhere.

It is sad that I thought right off the bat, beakie with studded shoulder. I have never even played marines.
