As my post title suggests, I'm open for critism and suggestions as I haven't played 40k since 3rd edition!

I like the list it bring a little bit of everything. I hope you have some success with the Kroot. I personally don't like them but people bring them for diffrent roles.

I think your army is fine and you should playtest it as is.

Personally I think depending on who you regularly play, you will want to remove the stealth suits for more crisis suits, and you'll want all of your crisis suits to have plasma.

I also think the AFP is not very good but YMMV

Why the shas'ui and the bonding knife on the 12 man FW squad? Are they going to get out of the devilfish? What are they going to be able to kill that won't kill them back?

@Vagorin: I was tempted to go for all Fire Warriors but just didn't have enough points for that extra Devilfish. I'm trying to put a themed army together (Farsight) so hopefully I will have some luck with the Fire Warriors and convince me to get more of them!

@Lambadomy: I suspected that would be the case of the stealth suits, I'm properly like the majority of people who use stealth suits and like the fluff/models more than how they play on the board! I have priced up a 3 x plasma unit but was put off by the BS 3, meaning that squad would relie too much on markerlights for my liking. But I might be wrong after playtesting!

I struggled with my HQ layout but I seemed to really miss a template weapon (except for the hammerhead of course). My second option is a fireknive setup, which I'm going to experiment with.

The Fire Warrior squad was going to be used for Fish of Fury tactics, attacking on the flank in support of stealth suits/HQ/crisis suits. My gut feeling tells me this may be a bit touch and go wheither this will work or not. If not, I'm going to stick it down to 6 Fire Warriors and use the points else where!
