I offered to buy the two Predators, the two Whirlwinds, the two SM command Squads and the two Devastator squads. The price agreed to was $162 shipped. Prior to shipping the items Mortix sent me a partial refund of $22 and a note explaining that he could not find one of the Predators and would let me know at a latter time if it was found. What I received was one complete Devastator squad. One complete Predator. One complete Whirlwind. One partial Whirlwind, it is missing the large radar dish on the missile launcher assembly spure and it is missing the bottom portion of the hull on hull spure. Included was one leg spure from a space marine tactical squad, two tactial upgrade spurs (the one with the special weapons, pistol arms, back banner, sgt bits, etc.) and two leg/chest spures that are common to both the space marine devastator and space marine command squad spures.

Communication with Mortix was fine until I questioned the missing items. Since then he has not responded to PM or email. I have asked for either a partial refund or shipment of the missing items but he has not responded.

I guess you called that one right. I thought it funny I sent pics of the items he was wanting, but when I asked for some in return I didn't get a reply.

I opened a dispute with pay pal last night asking for a partial refund. We'll see what happens.
