Sadly this is my first complete model (basing and all). It's nothing special but I'm proud of it. I'd like to know what you guys think.

Its neat and clean, something that is good for your first model. The black lining is good.

Now its time to take it to the next level, washes are your friend.

Wait, highlighting before washing

heres and Idea Paint in probably ultramarine blue then paint over in your colour and leave gaps at the sides and round the edges Its an easier highlight.

Nice work. Clean and neat with solid colours, perfect for Tau.

A dark wash over the metallic bits will help define some of the details.

It looks really clean and neat. Very nice first model.

Great first model. My only real criticism would be that by painting it all one colour, it ends up looking a little 'boring'. Try using a second different colour to add some contrast to it. A bright yellow, light red or green might work but that's all personal taste.

Keep going with it though!
