Hmm.... if it were up to me I would build a missile silo because old towns that are bombed out for me reak of military bases.

Equally as impressed by the heat gun technuique too - i didn't see the graveyard idea coming and it's perfect!

Brilliant work. I actually can't believe it's that much already, that came together really quick.

As for what's missing, other people mentioned the shops but staples of any medieval town was a blacksmith and a stable for livestock. If you're going for accuracy most small villages(especially with 3 houses ) wouldn't have had shops or markets but tradesmen such as the blacksmith or a lumberyard etc. and they'd trade with traveling merchants or travel themselves to bigger towns to trade.

Just a quickie on my mobile. Having issues with internet. Basically rang the tax man to get a £25 rebate, which took a month to get here, then discovered the call has cost me £700 !

Trying to get to the bottom of it. Difficult.

Anyways, main bind is pics. Going to struggle in the mean time to get you some. Will be a serious post when I do get the chance to upload. Been working on the houses, and getting everything to look like it is from the same place. Started on a smithy, and going to do a couple more smaller bits.

Got some crazy (even by my standard) ideas for next project. Feel the need to paint some minis, got a few orky ones, and a couple strange ones.

Your level of detail is amazing as always - things like the books in the privy and the fallen tree with the roots exposed really make it all come alive!

Sad to hear about the telephone thing - my strategy is to keep demanding to speak to someone higher in the company until I get what I want. Hope it works out - that is insane!

So got an itch couple months ago when I saw a picture in WD. Got all sorts floating around in my head, the GW go and release a beautiful model for it! Bugger! No way I can do better than that. But I will have a go at sculpting up what is in my head. Bit of a teaser pic....Morty

I am always so amazed by the stuff you create. That AoS village you are making is beautiful and will be great for twinner to play on. As impressed as I am by that church, I think I like best that you made the windmill motorized, so cool!. The verdigris looks so realistic on the forge chimney. More than anything, I can't believe how amazing that super warhound titan you made is. I stumbled upon SirDonald's unboxing video on youtube before catching up on your blog, and furiously searched through the pages of your blog to find it. So amazing....
