I'm going to make the tanith first and only characters. The Gaunts ghost series.
I'm going to get the Gaunt's Ghost set form GW. The ill get 2 packs of green stuff and 2 cadain storm trooper packs.
I will make their capes and the girls hair with the green stuff. And paint them in there colour scheme.
What do you think about this tell me. And they will go on display. I will occasionally use them for battles.

I agree with the above, go for it! There are some fantastic tanith conversions out there if you poke around a bit. The Empire general cape bit may be helpful as well if you can get your hands on several. Good luck!

Sounds like fun.
I was considering buying Gaunt's ghosts, mainly to use Gaunt as a commisar, and also for the caped lasgun guys. They'll go well with the caped cadian snipers in a Special weapons team.
