I have a space wolf list that I am taking to Ard Boyz. Im considering a change to my list to help a little bit in the first mission. I'd like to know what the wisdom of dakka thinks might be better overall.

The list:
Logan
Run Priest

2 Lone Wolves (both Term with chainfist and Storm Shield)
Allied inq. with two mystics

3 X 10 Wolf Guard(two terms w/ chainfist and cyclone in each squad)(one squad has 4 combi plas)
6 Wolf Guard (5 combiplas, 1 Term w/cyclone who deploys with a long fang squad), Drop Pod
3 Wolf Guard (3 combimeltas), Drop Pod
3 Wolf Guard (3 combbimeltas), Drop Pod

4 Thunderwolf Cav (storm shield, melta bombs, bolter, yep allocatuion abuse, but they are so expensive that it needs to be done, at least for Ard Boyz. They are the only unit that really can adjust to my opponents battle plan, so I need em alive and strong to the very end).

3 x 5 Loing Fangs (4 missile launchers each)

The change I am considering is dropping a lone wolf and the Inq. to beef up the 6 man wolf guard to ten with a second Term with cyclone (that will join a long fang squad). This would give me 4 significant troops squads to try and hold objectives with(and two more missile shots a turn, bringing the total to 28). The downside is a little bit of a loss in combat punch, and the loss of the inq. which leaves my deepstirke defense a little light, but most people don't like DSing right in front of all those missiles and chainfists anyway.

Oh and just a general question as I am fairly new to wolves ... Does assigning a wolf guard to a different squad happen on the list(i.e. it wil lbe the same for every game), or is it something I can change per battle? It just says before the battle or somthing like that in the dex.
