First your points are off one a few of the units
20 clanrats with shields and full command is 110 points
The stormvermin with FC and storm banner is 235
20 plague monks with FC and shroud is 195
Looks like for the SV and monks you are not factoring in you have to pay for the standard bearer AND the magic standard.
This puts your list at 1027
Where i would cut points
Drop the stormvermin entirely, they just arent worth the points for the minor upgrade over clanrats.
That puts you at 792
Drop the Full command from the monks, the unit is unbreakable, I really dont think the musician is needed, Keep the champ (to eat a challenge) and drop the banner of dripping death, the unit wont be fleeing, so most of the benefit is wasted, put the storm banner on this unit.
So 20 plague monks, Banner, Champ, storm banner

I would drop the clawleader from the clanrats, there just isnt a reason to spend 8 points for him
Add another unit of clanrats with shields and standard

My personal opinion is the HPA in lower point games is less effective then a doomwheel and warp lightning cannon
So drop the HPA, add a doomwheel and WLC
This puts you at 995
On the priest i would drop the AHW and add a flail. the +2 strength is imo way better than another attack

This gives you a lot more units on the board for table quarters and a bit more versatility. The WLC and doomwheel give you a little bit of ranged punch, which was missing before, and in smaller games the HPA is really easy to just ignore and avoid. If you really wanted to you could drop a unit of clanrats, bulk up you other unit to 25 and add a WLT or mortar team. Just my 2 cents.
