just my thoughts on these questions.
ELD.35.02 -- Q: Can the Intercept skill be used to hit (non-Shaken/Stunned/Immobilized) Walkers with grenades on a 4+? not sure why this is a question since the description of the power has some fluff, then it describes the mechanics of the rules in the last sentence. they hit vehicles on a 4+.
ELD.43.01 -- Q: Can a Fire Prism contribute its Prism Cannon to another Fire Prism that is out of range (more than 60" away)? reference the first paragraph, if one fire prism has line of sight to another..... no range requirement is listed of needed only line of sight is needed.
ELD.43.02 -- Q: Can a Fire Prism still contribute its Prism Cannon to another Fire Prism even if it is unable to fire it's Prism Cannon for another reason (for example, its Prism Cannon has been destroyed or the Fire Prism is Stunned for the turn)? well being stunned/shaken is an easy answer, the rules for assisting fire prism is "may forfeit their chance to fire" thus if they can not fire they cant not assist so being stunned/shaken is answered. being weapon destroyed is not technically covered.
ELD.43.03 -- Q: Can a Fire Prism contribute its Prism Cannon to another Fire Prism and still fire its Shiruken Catapluts/Cannon at a seperate enemy target? see the rule about "forfeit their chance to fire" if they forfeit their fire phase they can not fire any weapons thus can not fire any weapons at different targets.
ELD.45B.01 -- Q: The Vibro Cannon rules do not state that it ignores the usual LOS restrictions. Models out of LOS are not normally allowed to be removed as casualties. Are enemy models out of LOS from a Vibro Cannon valid casualties? no direct answer is given, the intent answer is pretty clear though as the top description says (the firer does not need to pick a target) then it describes the rest of the procedure.
ELD.45B.02 -- Q: Does a target with an Armor Value hit by a vibro cannon battery suffer a glancing hit for each weapon that successfully rolled 'to hit' or just a maximum of one glancing hit no matter what? see the paragraph describing how vehicles are affected, a vehicle hit takes one glancing hit. not one per cannon. also reference the fact that the number of cannons that "roll a hit" is irrevelant to its effects.
to reference someones question about number of cannons that roll hits, the example in the description answers that, the cannons roll a 1 4 6 to hit and they do d6 str 6 hits, as one cannon has str 4, a battery of 3 cannons would hit with str 6 exactly as described in the example and rules as given.
ELD.66C.01 -- Q: Does a Wraithlord get the +1 Attack bonus in close combat for having "two single-handed weapons"? His Shiruken Catapults and flamers both appear to be single-handed to him. the answer is no, see the old codex where the wraithlord has 2(3) because it had 2 dreadnaught close combat weapons, now it is a monsterous creature. wether it is intentional or an over sight is unknown. but as a monsterious creature it might have 3 weapns but it can still only fire 2 of them.
ELD.39.01 -- Q: Can Guardians with a Heavy Weapon Platform embark on a transport vehicle? as it says specifically it is "carried" by one of the gunners and is ignored for model count yes they can be put in a wave serpant.
ELD.45B.06 -- Q: Is the Strength of a vibro cannon battery increased by cannons that successfully rolled 'to hit', or just by the total number of cannons in the battery regardless of whether they hit or not? i believe the example clearly shows that the hits rolled dont matter as long as one hit is rolled.
