People make too big a deal out of the time limit thing. Tyranid players (pre-zilla) have dealt with it and done fine. You just have to play faster. If you're properly prepped for the tournament, you'll be okay, especially with a 2.5 hour limit.

Yes, I've had people stall on me. You just have to gently remind them ("whew...are we only on turn 3?") and pick up the pace when it's your turn (this has a way of making them play faster too). If the stalling becomes blatent, you might have a call a judge. It'd probably ruin your sportsmanship score, but how would a tool that intentionally stalls grade you anyway?

@Sarigar. I know what you are saying, I just want Pete to get his props. God knows, he has taken enough bashing on these forums.

I would like to point out though that the new Chaos codex is really good at beating Godzilla nidz but has very little chance against mech Eldar. One of my worst losses recently happened when I faced a plague marine based Chaos list. Those plague marines laughed off my dakkafexes and just brutal in H2H.
