Ah. Now I see the point of the wink. Thanks Nurglitch. It's been a long day, where somebody has insinuated exactly this and I reacted, perhaps badly, to JohnHwangDD. If that is the case, then I apologise.
I think the original question was answered long ago and that this thread is finished. Perhaps a mod should lock it?

Exactly. I thought the "range of XX..YY" would be obvious, given the prior discussion about ranges of numbers.
I'm sorry if the remark and wink were unclear as to their intent.

Modquisition.
Edit: belay that. thought it had been requested close. Please carry on with your range fire.
Remember if the shells land in front of the boat, then behind the boat, you'd best get off the boat... because they have your (wait for it) range...

It would be obvious to me on any day other than today. Please ignore me and everything I say today!

Belay that. Never ignore an alligator. Further, never listen to your wife and pull an alligator's tail...

There was a topic? I was enjoying the ramblings. It seems that occasionally YMDC needs some OT action or everyone's head will explode.

The idea is that it takes extra effort and time to write properly, and they’d rather save the time. If you can still be understood, what’s the harm? While most of the time a sloppy post CAN be understood, the use of proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling is generally seen as respectable and desirable on most forums. It demonstrates an effort made to be understood, and to make your post an easy and pleasant read. By making this effort, you can often elicit more positive responses from the community, and instantly mark yourself as someone worth talking to.
