Yes they can. However there is a FAQ that says something about turbo boosting into difficult terrain. I think it is what seperates them from normal jetbikes. I remember hearing that but I never worry about it as when they boost they move 24" and get the 3+ invul that all bikes get. Then they are small targets so get a 1+ to that giving them a 2+ cover anyway. After that they are in CC for the rest of the game or die. So I never really looked into that much.

On the rare occasion that I use pariahs I tend to use a small unit of 4-6 with a Lord with orb, scythe, Gaze, phylactery and Nightmare Shroud. They will usually advance with Warriors acting as a counter-charge unit but more importantly they will drop nearby enemy units down to 7 Leadership. In these games I will typically fill in my other elite slots with flayed ones (another often hated cron unit) as souless has good synergy with terrifying visage.

A monolith is usually a good idea in these lists too as if your warriors are charged and survive your opponents combat phase you can teleport them out and then shoot them the following turn with the pariahs and set off the Nightmare shroud. This will have a good chance of breaking your opponent, if you fail go ahead and charge in with your warscythes!

I have never tried using a full squad of 10 though, it really is a huge point sink. The cost is the same as a Nightbringer...or 20 warriors...or 30 scarabs...or 9 wraiths!

I find that fearless counters terrifying visage, and since fearless seems to be a dime a dozen nowadays, it's not overly helpful. There are few units it would help against which you'd actually need that help (banshees and scorpions), and against those, take some immortals and shoot them, you'll have better luck.

I think you're missing the synergy point. Against most opponents that try to close, the Pariah's Soulless rule combined with mass Necron shooting can wreck havoc on an opponent that normally relays on its high LD to overcome small numbers (Chaos, Space Marines). Plus the Pariahs can pack a decent shooting punch to finish off the remnants left behind by your other units. Think of them as a sweeper unit. You don't plan on them killing anything by themselves in one turn. You plan on using them to pickoff that last assault marine or two who survived your Warriors rapid firing or to assault and kill the last Banshee or two left alive by the immortals so that your better shooty units can pick on better targets.

The kindest thing I can think to say about Pariahs is that they're like training weights. If you play competently with them, you'll do amazing without them.
