well, someone who plays one of those armies AND denys it is a power list. i have played meny a 4th ed demon bomb that i enjoyed the game with. but they were the type that says "ya, its a power gamer army, i know". i have also played meny a game with people who play one of those and its "how is my army a power army? so what i win most all my games, im just that good and the only reason i lost to them was because i had bad dice / he had good dice / they played a REAL power army"

Pentagrams are not the symbol behind something responsible for millions of deaths, and they are also an intrinsic part of the Pagan religion. As long as you don't feign pseudo-satanism, I think you'll be alright.
On the other hand, I've seen some white Space Marines with the Triangle of the KKK. Since it's a pretty covert symbol, nobody really understood the meaning behind it, until I pointed it out, basically creating an instant TFG. Even after he stopped bringing that particular army, nobody at my FLGS even wants to talk to him anymore. He's kind of taken up the mantle of 'That weird guy in the corner'.
But what about people who are actually satanists?
I've met some really nice satanists, you know?

It's a simple thing to detect. Every group of > 4 has a TFG. Look around. If you can't see him, you are him.

All in all, fact is that Warhammer 40K has never been as balanced as it is now, and codex releases have never been as interesting as they are now (new units and vehicles and tons of new special rules/strategies each release -- not just the same old crap with a few changes in statlines and points costs).

You see according to what you said in the bold area of the quote that would lead me to believe that you are a TFG also. Yes a KKK themed army is bad, but pointing it out and then having that lead to the person being shunned is bad too.

Thats a bit grim isn't it?
And @BrotherStynier: Why would it make you a TFG to point out racism?

Its not pointing out that its racist that makes him TFG its the fact that from what he said no one noticed or even seemed to care, yet he pointed it out. Does he know that the guy is a racist? How does he know whether or not the guy knows what the symbol means. He could have pulled the guy aside and asked him if he knew whether or not the symbol was the emblem of the KKK. If he did then report it to the guy who runs the store, then the guy won't bring the army back and he wont be ostracized.
Also the KKK's emblem is NOT a triangle of any kind this is the KKK's emblem for reference purposes;
If that was not the emblem on the army then congratulations Chrysaor686 you have ostracized someone wrongly and are indeed TFG.
