Regardless of what I eat coffee must accompany it. I usually like an omelet and toast for breakfast. If I'm in a rush I have a nuked sausage biscuit or some pop-tarts. On the weekends we usually have cinammon rolls, pancakes, or bacon and eggs. Not good for the heart, but good for the soul.

Cereal rarely makes the table as my wife doesn't like the same kind I do so she just buys the healthy crap.

I really don't have the time for breakfast but when i do i eat menudo soup, its a delicious soup made from the cow stomach. i like to eat it around my co-workers because they won't be near me when i eat this stuff, which makes me happy because they are usually bothersome.


every Mexican should know this soup, and eaten this soup before. because in order to become a full Mexican you must eat this soup.

Fried mushrooms on buttered toast with a stupidly strong shot of espresso usually does me right 'till lunch time. Oats with milk and sultanas if i can be bothered to eat the healthy option.

quick breakfast- either cereal, or a couple of fried/scrambled eggs with toast.

Not in a hurry- french toast, or breakfastified fried rice.....i like fried rice

The biggest loser shake (chocolate flavour).

I've got ilio-tibial band syndrome in my left knee and can't run ATM. So have to cut down my caloric intake. :(

I'm having muesli with dried fruit in it right now. It keeps me going for most of the day and I often skip lunch because I'm still full.

I have literally tried every combination of every sandwich or meat/cheese/veggies/sauce you could ever hope to think of.

I never was a big fan of the place.
