The official poll is over and the voting by the mysterious shadow cabal has begun. Tends to be a slow process though so it will likely still be a few days before the final result is in.

As Lego said, we took a 'snapshot' of the public poll at a certain time (last night) for the top five finalists for deliberation amongst the judges.

So public votes can still be cast but they won't affect what the final 5 are anymore.

yakface's 40K rule #1: Although the rules allow you to use modeling to your advantage, how badly do you need to win your toy soldier games?
yakface's 40K rule #2: Friends don't let friends start a MEQ army.
yakface's 40K rule #3: Codex does not ALWAYS trump the rulebook, so please don't say that!

Dare we ask which ones made the final five? I'm guessing the following:

whatwhat's GS tutorial
littleboyblues painting tutorial
Insaniak's GS Skull sculpting tutorial
Northen's Camo painting tutorial
Insaniak's GS Wreath sculpting tutorial

Hmm...guess you might not use Insaniak twice so maybe I made the cut at #5.

The secret to painting a really big army is to keep at it. You can't reach your destination if you never take any steps.

I build IG...lots and lots of IG.

There are so many good tutorials there and its really hard to pick just one. Every single one of these tutorials is a brilliant source of information especially to myself when I have been away from the hobby for so long.

My painting and Gaming blog, check it out and let me know what you think.

I second that! CONGRATULATIONS, Whatwhat!

And now that my new ProCreate putty has arrived, I can try out some of those great tips by Insaniak and Whatwhat!

Unfortunately the clay shapers are not here yet...

Hmm...and I'd better move my tutorial into the articles before Malfred reminds me. Edit: Complete! Except I'm not sure I have it in the right category.
