I think an ork warboss is the best out of the list to work for. I'm sure he's inspiring since he was strong enough to take the position, and he's gonna always try to lead you to the biggest fight which is what every ork wants. Just don't stand too close to him or you might get power klawed if he's angry.

Meh. Abaddon doesn't fail. He's attacking an extremely heavily defended world, with 20 space marine chapters for support+more when the reinforcements arrive. You also need to realise that the goal hasn't been run 2 terra and kill ST00F.
