Too bad the High Lords are mere humans, while a single Rainbow Warrior (regardless of his sexual preference) could melt his face just by spitting on it.

By original chapter, I think he meant the Rogue Trader chapters. They were (IIRC)

Note these weren't first founding, there were in Rogue Trader, no first founding chapters that had survived to this day.

In the current background, the Rainbow Warriors are an Ultramarines successor AFAIK.
