How did you do the green cloaks, it might just be the picture but that senior officer looks awesome.

The cloaks were painted with a color called german uniform from Howard Hues. Then I blended a mix 2/3 german uniform with 1/3 rotting flesh onto the raised areas. Next I did the same with an equal mix of rotting flesh and german unifrom and finally straight rotting flesh on the highest spots.

Just a question: what did you use as snow for the basing? My army is also fighting in the snow, but I've not yet to come up with a good way to make nice looking snow. I've tried baking soda with no good results. I've also been told that it gets yellow over time.
