To CptJoeyG Thanks. And sadly, they FAQed that Skulltaker CAN join whatever unit he wants. Which is good, because fantasy demons are so underpowered that they need all the help they can get. (sarcasm)
To TheDoc- 2 sides indeed. The misunderstanding came up because when I declared the first charge, he told me they would not be able to reach/see/align in to make it. It became a dispute, so I showed him how they would be able to make it in. He interrupted my 'Declare charge' phase and I felt obliged to show him how I could declare that as a charge. Then I continued with my turn. When he tried to do the Bloodthirster and said that he let me charge out of sequence, I asked him to tell me when. He would not state what he let me do out of sequence, only saying 'I knew.' I have been playing for many years and have seen 'strong arm' gaming before, just not to that extent. Fortunately, I am unconcerned. He lives far away, and it is unlikely that we will ever have to be across the table from each other again.
As an amusing
PS. If you think he was in trouble on turn 2, when 7 swordmasters charged the almost 40 strong unit of horrors with a herald of Tzeentch
BSB, the changeling, and skulltaker in it, then I must have been doing MUCH better than I thought.
Oh, and I happen to have a pic of the turn in question

Also it wasn't just the moving problems that was my issue with that guy. It was the fact that he started the game by mocking the fact that I did not have an 'army builder' list, and hinted that it might not be valid or legal. From there he complained that I did not loudly announce at the end of each phase what spells I had in play. I told him that that was a nice house rule, (I think it is), but I was under no obligation to do so. This was after I had cast Flames of the Phoenix on turn one. My turn two was when he blew up about it, and he insisted that I allow him to attempt a dispel since he still had dice in his pool at the end of his last casting phase. This was a player turn later. So I said no, and he got furious. He then declared that he was going to use a dispel scroll to dispel the spell in play. He actually made me call a judge over for that one. I really could go on and on. It wasn't one or two things, it was a whole game. So you may have seen that 'moment in time' as you put it, but i saw three hours. But I thank you for your input. I may not agree with it, but it provides another perspective. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me.
