It ought to be one each, or one per user account at least. Otherwise it gets confusing when someone posts, unless you're going to make it very clear in every post which character is talking. But it'll get very annoying if you have 2 characters who spend hours talking to each other without others interacting.

Hey all,
I thought SideEffect46 was supposed to be running this RP with an overarching storyline in mind, but it looks to me like everyone is just powerplaying their own ideas of how we're getting out. Maybe I'm wrong and there is lots of PMing going on, but whatever the deal is, until I know there's a DM who's watching this and making sure that all the characters aren't running around without any guidance I'm going to be stepping back and not taking much part.
It's been fun so far, hopefully I've just misunderstood the situation and I can jump back in soon.
