I stopped playing in the Gladiator when they started allowing some of the Apoc stuff, but not all of it. When I complained that they should include all the rules to make it fair, I was told that those "other" rules and units were not meant for 2k point games. But the others were? Really? Nope. But, I voted with my feet and money and stopped playing. Not that I am mad, it's just that I don't like it, so I passed on the event. Now all the people who want to use Apoc/IA/FW stuff can go wild in that event.

I feel the TT would be RUINED if we went that route, and I for one would love that stuff to be kept out of the Team Tournament. That's the main reason I come to Adepticon, it doesn't need any added stuff to make it work, it's fine as is, and can only be helped by removing the IA stuff.

You made me dig out the lists:
General Grizmund (HQ Leman Russ)
1 Salamander Command Vehicle
1 Trojan
2 Cyclops
1 Griffon w/Infernus shells

How could I forge Grizmund? Yep, the overwhelming firepower of having 2 Lemans Russ in 1000 points.

I'm not sure about Grizmunds rules but you can field 3 Leman Russ variants in a 1000points now thanks to the new IG codex. So, is there a big difference?
