Well I never actually thought of making Kane, but he's more the type of guy who stays in a command centre and looks creepy, rather than fighting on the battlefield. However im in the process of making two special weapon squads which I previously decided on snipers, but could easily give them demolition charges and make them fanatics. Opinions?

If you make fanatics you must attach a bomb to their chest.
Tiberium troopers would make an excellent flamer weapon.

Hellhounds as flame tanks, the most iconic tank in nod's arsenal well apart form maybe the scorpion tank.

You could do some allied space marines as the Marked of Kane for apocalypse. the Awakened (PA marines) and Enlightened as termiators.

Sorry about the brainstorm. These are just some of my less crazy ideas...

Im also going to be doing a veteran squad with 3 flamers counting as black hand. (probably easier than tiberium troopers)

Ah I see (after red alert things start to get complicated depending on what universe your focusing on, i tend to focus on the tiberium universe) I could attempt to make a Kane figure, getting Joe Kucans face on there might be a little tricky! Any suggestions as to what weapons Kane would have?

It depends on what character you make him to be.
Since Kane is so compelling, he could be a primaris pysker?
Or you could make him as a count as Creed, after all Kane is a tactical genius....in tiberium sun he did have a pistol, he also had a pistol in kanes wrath when he kills Alexa Kovacs right? I can't remeber its been a while since I played Kanes wrath.

I haven't played C&C 4 yet so I don't know about that. I say just make him a count as creed with 2 pistols (count as hot shot pistols)

(CnC 4 is rubbish, and Kane kills someone at the end by strangling them. Creed would be the best count-as, ill look into it)

Update: Here are the WIP of two sniper teams and another infantry squad. (I have decided not to do fanatics as: 1. they disrupt my army list quite allot. 2. Their quite expensive for a very killable unit 3. Demo charge troops are ultimately not suicide bombers like fanatics, it looks a little strange someone having a bomb strapped to his chest to survive the blast!)

I like the Banner Bearer, Looks great.
The Captian is nice but I think when you play a few games, you will apreciate him a lot more if he has a power weapon instead of a chainsword.
Does the medic have any medical items or just a white helmet? I cant tell from the photos.

I honestly love how you're working all the Nod background into 40k with the fluff. Models are looking quite good too!
I'm starting to wish I could buy a Predator tank to use as a counts as Leman Russ....

As you can tell by my avatar, I'm much more GDI then Nod. But it's still great to see this coming together!

OT: So CnC 4 sucks? Pity....C&C3 and Red Alert 3 were both fun games IMHO, but as soon as I saw what they were doing for CnC4...I got skeptical. Sucks that such an awesome series got cursed with such a horrible production team....Feth you EALA. May the Holy Spirit of Westwood curse you for all eternity.

@Commissar Agro the medic has a load of pouches on his back (sorry the pic doesn't show it) The chainsword is to count as a power wep in some games as well as a regular CC weapon in others (depending on the points limit)

@ChrisWWII I myself am more of a GDI fan in the actual game, the great coat troopers however would never make a good GDI stand in! (EA were not good with CnC 4, look at CnC generals to show you what they can do there's not even a proper story line!)

More Fluff!

To a man in such times as the 41st Millennium there are many heroes. Over Millennia stories become embellished and fantastical, such was the result of this the imperial creed was born, decreeing the Emperor as a God. To a lowly hive worker, even an Astartes holds a certain god-like sway over the servants of the Emperor. Even those not blessed with being one of the Emperors sons can do great things, Commissar Yarrick, Lord Solar Macharius and Lord Castellan Creed to name a few. The one who holds this Legendary position on Nigra is the commander of its entire billions strong army, the one known only as Kane.
Kane is a name only uttered in shallow whispers of excitement or shouted triumphantly during battle to the inhabitants of Nigra. Many stories and legends fantastical and factual surround Kane. It is said he was the first man to set foot on Nigra over three millennia ago and somehow he never truly ages. Whatever the truth Kane is a real man whose tactical genius and compelling presence on the battlefield have won victory after victory for the imperial forces in Ultima Segmentum. Kane was once thought killed by a huge lance strike from an Eldar Starcruiser, a strike that claimed half a continent on the planet of Nibosa III. Yet somehow from the ashes Kane emerged alive, giving voice to the popular battle-cry among Nigran forces of "KANE LIVES!!!". Time and time again Kane has evaded seemingly mortal situations to retain command of Nigran forces. To a man living on Nigra, Kane is a man destined for accession to godhood.

The C&C franchise has never been the same since EA games bought Westwood Studios.

C&C (w/ expansions), Tiberian Sun, Red Alert (w/ expansions), & Red Alert 2 were the only truely good C&C games.

Come to think of it, a GDI-themed army from the Tiberian Sun era might work well. Infantry, plus Wolverines as sentinels, Orcas as Valks, etc.

C&C 3 was good, I didn't mind it, but Kanes wrath with the subfactions ruined it...apart from steel tallons just because they have Tib Sun weapons.
RA3 just killed it for me, too much robots/anime stuff.

But long live Westwood

@vodo40k: Ok, had me worried there for a momment that Nod was sending off their medics with only a white helmet to save the lives of Kanes loyal sons.
