Shadowbrand looked as the last of the Word Bearers went inside of the rockcrete stronghold. His great horned helmet looks up. One could only imagine he looked at the implacable building with rage.

"Am I to fight the Traitors with sticks and harsh language!?"

He turned to his warrior's. "Were going to ram the door in with the Land Raider!"

No offense Shadowbrand, but this is your roleplay and you've seemingly just disregarded what I've said.

Should I just...DM persay instead of leading the party around? And your not sure what's going on? We are literally at the front of the giant Word Bearer's base.... you know with the captive?

OOC: I know what is going on. But that's not really enough information for a successful Roleplay to be going on. Just have a look at the example roleplay, by me, that I posted near the bottom of the last page.

And believe me, no RP survives long without a GM.

Shadowbrand quietly consults with Thengar. "Do you think we can breach that with the Land Raider?"

The warrior's look around restlessly. The corrupt aura of Chaos makes the loyal hearts uneasy.

Thengar tilts his head to the side thoughtfully. "Perhaps...but not in it's current state. We suffered several minor breaches to the front of the hull in that fight, and if we try and ram anything to substantial then the engines could jar and overload. I can fix it, but it will take time."

Shadowbrand looked down and laughed out loud, causing his men to look at him in alarm. "This whole time I had one of these!" He grasps the grip of a melta bomb.

A Havoc poked out and fired a Autocannon. Shadowbrand leaped around the hail of bullets and fastened the explosive to the front of the rockrete door.

Shadowbrand armed it and went for cover. In a spectacular blast of super heated energy the door literally melted into the floor as a pool of white hot slag.

The voice of a daemon can be heard. But his words are not in a human tongue.

The Land Raider pulls over to give the pack cover from the Havocs. "Everyone inside!" Shadowbrand let out a feral howl and leaped over the pool of slag.

As they ran, Bullets kicking up dustcouds around their feet, Thengar caught up to Shadowbrand.
"May I say something?" he asked, hissing voice heavy with exasperation.
"What?"
"This is a really stupid idea. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the sacking of Prospero and 1 being the Iron cage, this is about a 0."
Shadowbrand smiled a toothy grin "You're still going to follow me though."
"As if I had a choice."


OOC: Probably the last post from me tonight.

Inside of the stronghold, the walls have daemonic faces that writhe in agony some walls grow great organic toxin filled quills. Truly a vision of what a man might have for a nightmare if he were in a fever.

We enter a room lit only by a balefull blue energy. The Word Bearers emerge from the shadows the blackness is soon annihilated by the crimson flames of a flamer spewing promethium into the hallway.

A blood claw who was alittle too eager to get into close combat is swallowed whole by the flame and when the flame rises all that is left is a charcoal skeleton.

Shadowbrand snarls and fires his bolt pistol yelling and cursing at the traitors. Because of course no attack on his part was stealthy.

for Slaaneshi daemons but no-one knows why.

Equipment: 2 Cyberwolves, heavily augmented Mk 3 armour incorporating Servo arm, Grenades (all flavours), Frost blade, Bolter (Uses it in one hand true grit style)
Height : Around 8ft.
Notes: Very quiet for a Space Wolf, spends most of his time in the armoury tending to the chapters war engines. Pragmatic in the extreme, and tends to distrust Blood Claws and their ilk for their unpredictability. No one except the Great Wolf, Ulrik the Slayer, and some Dreadnaughts has seen him without his helmet on, and they remain silent about it. Has a very rasp, metallic voice.

LORD OF BATTLES
Name: Alric Crowslayer
Unit type: Wolf Guard
Equipment: Runic Armour, Wolf Claw, Storm Bolter, Frag/Krak Grenades, Storm Shield (Carried on back see notes), Loki (Fenrisian Wolf)
Height : Around 7ft.
Notes: As a Grey hunter his entire pack was killed by a trygon on Mundaa 5, he felt the call of the wolf try to take him, but fought it off and jumped down the hole the trygon had left. Chasing the beast for hours through the tunnel he finally found it and went to work; putting all his ammunition into the beast's hide, chitin falling for every bolt the struck. Once out of ammo he swung his chainsword into the trygon's neck, decapitating it in a single blow.
He then returned to his wolf lord and presented him with the head, the wolf lord had the beasts head crest tuned into a stom shield; and made him one of his personal wold guard.

ANSHAL
Name : Varg Wolfmane
Unit type : Wolf Scout
Equipment: Carapace armor, sniper rifle, battle axe, frag grenades, wolf hound named Utgard, bolt pistol.
Notes : Known for his marksmanship and his sense of duty. He began his service to his lord after loosing his entire squad in operations against a Khornate cult on Stygia IX. Revenged his fallen brothers by claiming the head of the cult leader after a brutal hand to hand combat.

Character bio/background story: At age 14, when his tribe was attacked, Ralkar, who not only proved himself with blade and fist, discovered his latent psychic abilities - utterly destroying his enemies. However, this power almost consumed him, so it was fortunate that the battle was being watched by a Rune Priest, named Darroth, and the Wolf Priest Jkolmar. Ralkar fell unconscious as a result of his psychic overload, but when he next awoke, he was in the Fang, home of the Sky Warriors. He fought well as a Blood Claw, honing his skill in the fury of melee. He received additional tutalege from Darroth the Rune Priest, and he swiftly rose to the rank of Grey Hunter. It was not long after his promotion that he found himself fighting against the Traitorous Word Bearers, in a battle where he witnessed Darroth struck down by a foul Sorceror of the Dark Gods. He leapt to avenge his tutor and friend, however he could not defeat this ancient and corrupted magick-wielder with his humble blade alone. Sweeping up Wolf's Call, Darroth's masterfuly-crafted Runic Axe that dated back to the earliest days of the chapter, he dealt the Sorceror a blow to the chest and chanelled all his psychic strength through the weapon. The Sorceror was utterly annihilated by this psychic assault, but with his last words, promised that there would be a reckoning between them. He never saw the Sorceror again, but eagerly searches out confrontations with the Word Bearers so that he may banish the foul Sorceror once again. With his tutor dead, and suposedly avenged, Ralkar left the ranks Grey Hunters and studied with other Rune Priests, honing his power alongside his martial prowess. After centuries of dedication to the Allfather, Russ and his brothers, Ralkar continues to fight on harder than ever - for the Wolftime draws near.

OOC: Pretty much. This has been too rushed, IMO. I think Roleplays need 2-3 pages of admin before starting usually.

Name: Rouk Shadowbrand AKA Shadowbrand the Firewolf.

Rank: Wolf lord of the 7th Great Company.

Weapons/equipment: Power armor with a frost axe and plasma pistol.

Biography:
Shadowbrand is a silent and stoic warrior. In his youth he was hotheaded and aggressive and very egotistic. By convincing his Blood Claw pack to recklessly charge a unit of Khorne Berserkers on Armageddon most of his pack was destoryed.
His actions got him into the Skyclaws, and eventually pack leader. Later fighting on a secret lair of the World Eaters on a death world. Shadowbrand's pack was slain by a Lord of Khorne. Shadowbrand swore to the pagan Fenrisian gods he would have vengeance. Using his jump pack and a det pack he ambushed the Lord and his retinue by hurling the det pack then soaring down like a bird of prey. After a grueling day long duel Shadowbrand slew the Khornate and as proof of his victory he planned to take his head, but it was horribly mutated and was too disgusted so he took the helmet instead. Wearing it to this day as proof of vengeance. Shadowbrand then served in Bjorn Stormwolf's Wolf Guard. With his pack annihilated Shadowbrand led Battlegroups to various victories around the stars. When Bjorn passed on. Shadowbrand took his place.
