THAT would be awesome!

Is the "Ravening Hordes" list for CD's still "legal"?

AoW "Chaos Dwarf Lord" is an AWESOME figure - and even if the RH list is no longer street legal, a 'counts as' WoC Chaos Dwarf army would be great, with the right models!

AoW beating GW to the punch for plastic dwarf "berzerkers"?! Way to go!

They are also competing with Mantic.

Their Berserkers are metal and I believe yet to be released.

@Alpharius.
They slowly slipped into obscurity but never had an outright 'illegal' stamp. So take from that what you will.

Several tournies are still using the dwarfs of chaos list (which has just been updated for 8th ed by the way).

The mantic ones are going to fit in fine with their own range (as they were designed to be), but will not fit in well with the 'GW look', as the AoW ones clearly are.

As I understand it, Avatars of War is a gladatorial game (hence "Arena Deathmatch"). Are they expanding into a full-blown war game/skirmish game, or is this to spice up the arena fighting?

Peope were demanding troops for those awesome AoW heroes, and Mantic proved that there is a market for plastic alternative troops. Guess some rules will follow.
He could always ask Rick, Alessio or Andy to do it, right?
Actually, I seem to remember from the first discussion of these guys that Arena Deathmatch will be staying at the same size. AoW understands that their own system is probably the secondary use for their models, and the plastics are simply cashing on this - no rules for these guys, just figures that just so happen to resemble stuff from that other well known wargame.

Wow... those guys continue to impress.

Can't wait to see what the rest of the plastics will look like, although I'm still holding out for a "Knight" type hero from them.

Because 'ax' is the American spelling, and 'axe' is the real spelling, and Google Chrome is an American program.

Im going to have to go with NO on that. I did 100% of my education in the USA and never once was I told to spell axe without the "e".

I'm going to get 3 boxes I think, 2 for slayers and 1 to use as skaven slaves.

As long as they have big hats.

Six mistakes mankind keeps making century after century: Believing that personal gain is made by crushing others; Worrying about things that cannot be changed or corrected; Insisting that a thing is impossible because we cannot accomplish it; Refusing to set aside trivial preferences; Neglecting development and refinement of the mind; Attempting to compel others to believe and live as we do

Sorry to dwell off topic a moment longer, but spelling ax sans e isn't necessarily American afaik.

But likewise will continue to be careful Eugene

In regards to the vid, its too slow. For future vids on your products you may want to edit out the parts that are of no use, like when you add arms, heads etc. Even if its just a flash of pictures showing all the various parts.

Great mini's by the way.

Currently collecting and painting Eldar from W40k.

Update ! Plastic Dwarven Berserkers preview (standard bearer)

This is a montage we have made using the different bits for the banner.
All bits (except the pole with the berserker ancestor statue ) are optional, they can be used or not when putting together the banner.

We've tried to make it as customizable as possible.

I really hope you like it!

Wow, nice.

Seeing those makes me want to start dwarves and run lots of slayers.

The price sounds right too.

--The whole concept of government granted and government regulated 'permits' and the accompanying government mandate for government approved firearms 'training' prior to being blessed by government with the privilege to carry arms in a government approved and regulated manner, flies directly in the face of the fundamental right to keep and bear arms.
