Sure, I'd happily play against it with those rules, now show us your conversion
My thoughts on it are basically that its a very expensive gun tank, with impressive, but not overwhelming firepower, that said I can see folks who favor infantry hoard armies (nids and orks in particular) feeling that it is too good. If you want to make it more favorable to those folks I'd suggest dropping the daemonic gattlers down to heavy 5 or so (since otherwise they can rather reasonably complain that its got the firepower of two Leman Russ tanks)

Enabling it to Carry Troops Just as the Land Raider Achillies can carry troops?

I like it better as a battle tank then an odd transport...and it outguns the Achilles by a fair margin I would say (Battlecannon>Thunderfire)

Just thought, maybe make it so if you take mark of tzeentch, the Land Raider havoc either gets a 5+/4+ invunrable save, or all shots ignore invunrable saves?

Quick Note on the Mark of Nurgle downgrading Crew Shaken. If the tank has Daemonic Possesion it ignores Crew Shaken and Crew Stunned already.
I would say Nurgle either makes the gatlers poisoned OR gives a permanent cover save (due to swarms of flies or some such thing)
Also: if the gatlers are S4 can't they both be fired after moving 12" anyway? So the Daemon Engine just allows you to always fire the Battle Cannon, similar to the Lumbering Behemoth rule for Leman Russ tanks.
For those of us who play Unidivded armies and wont take a Mark. How about saying that the tank gets Daemonic OPssession only IF you take a mark. So...you take a mark and getthe bonus but are BS3. OR to dont tke a mark and keep BS4.
Finally - regarding the transport issue. You could add an option to replace the Battlecannon with a standard H.Bolter, if you did this then you could also get a transport capacity. So you go from a long/Medium range pounder to an Assault tank.

May Replace the Battle Cannon with a Twin Linked Heavy Bolter and Assualt Ramp for 40 Points. This also gives it a Troop Capaciaty of 10
Can take the same Land Raider choices as the Basic Land Raider in the CSM Codex as well as One of the Following Marks which includes Daemonic Possesion.
Khorne: The Land Raider Receives a BloodGorger. When Tank Shocking a Squad it takes 2d6 Automatic S6 Hits.30 points
Nurgle: the Daemonic Gattlers become Posioned 4+ and receives a permenant 5+ Cover Save 30 points
Tzeentch: Daemonic Gattlers become AP 3 50 points
Slaanesh: Daemonic Possesion does not make it BS3 and can always move an Extra 1" for free (Red Paint Job for Chaos) 20 Points
Power of the Daemon Engine:
Can always fire The Sponsons if the Land Raider has moved 12" or less and other weapons firing, but there will be no splitting fire!
Now what do we think to it?

I thought their equivalent was Hull Down.

AP3 would be too much.
I like it. I'm tryign to think how i woudl model it. Try to build the cannon into the hull iek the Achilles? or mount it in a chopped down defiler-liek turret.
Obviously base the sponsons around Punisher cannon barrels.

How about using the lascannon turret from a Baneblade sponson? I thnk it might fit in the gap where the hull h.bolter normally goes. Maybe a Battlecannon could be mounted on that in place of the lascannon?

For the Slaanesh upgrade, maybe change it so that it just makes the vehicle fast? That'd fit in with Slaanesh, especially if it's possessed by a Slaaneshi Daemon.

I think you overcosted the transport upgrade. It essentially becomes a LRC w/ a better gun, fewer transport capacity & 65 points more. I'd say just make that upgrade 0 points and the additional 25 points justify the better gun.

I kinda like where it is right now, stat wise, but I'm not sure it's worth 270pts and the marks are a bit under priced. I'd say drop it down to 240-250 range with standard land raiders and up the AP to 5 so it doesn't chew through Eldar and Carapace armor. The mark's benefits should be redone. The constant cries for AP3 should not be headed. In a world where everything is designed to kill Space Marines, nobody will play. Las cannon pops them out of a rhino and they get targeted by this. They fall from drop pods, then get targeted by this. That's 10 AP3 shots, one big AP3 blast. It's too much. Nurgle's poison+cover save is far to nice for 30pts. Khorne's Mark is counter intuitive to the nature of the tank. Slannesh's Mark just doesn't feel right, maybe something about a leadership check when assaulting the tank or hits only on 6s.
