Multiple shelving units, 3 wall mounted display cases(that I've shown various times before), and the rest stays in their transports.

Also my Game Room has a walk in closet(thanks to every bedroom in my house having them).

Undead and Dwarves : Thanks Mantic, you made me start buying more GW stuff (I plan on using the mantic guys as younger dwarves with short beards and respectable older dwarves with good ole GW)

Of course, some of my armies are put away/never been worked on in the last several years, but I still will mention them...

Note I don't play fantasy at all, but I have:
Empire (from long ago)
Tomb Kings/Vampire Counts (I picked up the spearhead or whatever it was called when they were recently refreshed)
Orcs and Goblins (3 series of starter kits worth)
Dwarves (starer kit, along with some old metals I've had forever)
High Elves (starter kit, plus really old starter kit, plus a few boxes of stuff here and there)

40k
I can field at least 1000 points of just about everything, except for Dark Eldar.
Lots of Space marines
Lots of IG
Lots of CSM
Lots of Tau
A good amount of Eldar (mostly old stuff, guardian heavy)
Orks, starter sets, plus the spearhead,
Daemons, I got into them pretty heavily when they came out, not as big as other forces
Sisters, with allies I can field a decent force.
GK, lots of them kicking around some still in boxes, all awaiting paint :(
LOTS of bugs
I also got into 'crons back in the day, 3 battleforces, 3 monoliths and a few ebay wins that let me field just about anything in the codex as a max sized squad, only one of the star gods though.

I put 2 because I have over a company of SM's and enough leftover assault marines to have a tournament sized BA force too. But if you don't count that, then it is still 2 if you count the GK army I am starting. The money has already been accounted for and I have purchased a couple stormravens specifically for the GK's.

You and i should have a multi game system day, I've also a about 6 regiments fo Battletech mechs, armour etc and all the same board games as you, though I haven't more than 1 van saar gang. Between that and apoc i reckon we could be dubbed as squatters by the time finished,.

*I own probably about 3k of fantasy O&G from when I played in 4th-5th edition. I have been trying to update them and get them uniform painjob to at least look nice.

When I was painting for money, I would sometimes build tourney armies, paint them then sell them. Anything that is not greenskin eventually gets sold off.
