Arrows are pretty classy actually...
It takes a bit of skill to shoot someone in the head with a bow so fair play she did well... apart from the whole shooting her dad in the head bti.

Things have changed a bit since William Tell's day.

It's still fairly difficult to shoot someone in the head...

I'm pretty sure that the person getting hit with the arrow is still being shot while the person doing the action is loosing the arrow. Either way, I wonder if this is another example of 4H archery training being used for improper ends. DAMN YOU 4H!

Wonder what sorta arrow it was, if its a broadhead, that guy is screwed. They'd have to leave the point in the head because it actually causes an exit wound as well. If it was a normal sporting tip, then you could just rip it out.

And it'd be relative easy to isolate and pick out SWAT with a bow. just stay up high and aim for the armour joins.
