I like using GMs instead of draigo, I love Psychic Communion and Grand strategy, and I get both with the GM, but for 50 points less than draigo, I get a grand master with an orbital relay. Sure, he doesn't have eternal warrior, but the 50 points I save buy me a vehicle he can hang out in.
Then again, I'm one of the few people around here that actually likes orbital relay.

I can't say I'm too sold on the idea of it. Plus, that would mean my Paladins aren't scoring (and have no one to soak high S / low AP shots).

In all honesty... I want to run this build, but considering I have draigo made the paladin equivalent of it admittably XD
I have play-tested mine and won all three battles thus-far it was pretty funny in all honesty. (one against SW, one against tau, one against nid)
The one thing I noticed was that I was thankful for having the 2 wounds on each paladin, the issue I could see is if your guys deep strike at the wrong time they might get focus fired a little too much, aside from that I love this concept and ran with it =P (admittably, combat-squadded a 10 man paladin squad to get 4 psy cannons on a group, but hey, it works!)
here is my list so ya can compare if you want:

objective is to have draigo's squad / dreadnoughts on the board, they will footslog and attract the attention of the enemies (draigo's squad can stretch roughly 2' of the board, taking on all opponents.) Then the two deepstrikes will hopefully catch the opponent off-guard and be able to close on their flanks, and destroy enemy tanks in regards to the psycannons. Usually the models are all fine thrugh the first shooting phase of the enemy and only lose 2-3 models altogether (while they take out a veritable crap-ton from the sudden improved firepower)
weakness of this list, poor deep strike rolls and reserve rolls. another weakness is the specialty of each unit, remove a cog and things start to get dicey fast! I've tried a game by taking the paladin squad down to a 5 man squad with draigo and making a 5 man terminator squad and upgrading one of the paladins into an apothecary, gets more or less the same mileage, but provides a little more versatility (extra squad moving about nice, right? I have found that ymmv in regards to this kind-of list I am willing to admit I got lucky with my deep strikes (one was 1 cm away from being a mis-hap)

agreed, however it means you have to take two troops choices, which based on the current list wolf has posted, he does have (I believe...) I would suggest with his list to go ahead and use a grandmaster, it will free up some more points, the only, ONLY reason to go with draigo over a GM is if you went my route and went pure paladins for troops. funny things you can do when combat squadding paladins, hehehe... friggin psycannon spam on one of em XD

Draigo does have a lot of really nice stat bonuses for that extra 100 points though.
I've been thinking about this list some more and debating to tweak it a little bit.
My problem with pure Paladins is that Draigo can't be in two places at once to soak Melta / Lascannon / Lance shots.
However, I've considered trying to fit Thawn and/or increase the size of the 6-man squad.

This is a pretty well done list, I love terminator heavy armies.
There is one thing id like to say, and that is in response to the statement that the nemesis greatsword is not worth it. I used to think that, back before the FAQ when the dreadknight has DCCW meaning he was strength ten. Now, for 25 points you get to reroll hits, wounds, and armor pen. That means that your WS 5 is now better than WS6, your melee attacks being essentially "twin linked" , and you get two chances per hit to wound a target, and two chances per hit to penetrate armor. That is a very big bonus, and it is not to be flippantly tossed aside. But that was a bit OTT, so I apologize.
