So - better or worse than the older list?

I stand an outside chance (1/54) of annihilating that Battlewagon with the Russ.

Against the Orks, I deploy in 2 flanks - Lascannon and Sutocannon squad on each flank, with J/O for support. Use the Command Squad in centre of boardas a tempting target (and to re-group stuff falling back).

Leman Russ leads the Hellhounds out of cover when enemy Russ and BW are destroyed (relying on side shots with Lascannons and Autocannons). If the enemy splits his formation to attack BOTH elements at once, I drive the tanks into the gap. If he goes for one flank, it collapses and he is shot to the Warp from the other side.

Against MArines I deploy "standard gunline" and pulverise with the Russ, with Hellhounds for counter-attack.

I know GLs usually frowned upon, but i think they mgiht be useful.

So, is this better or weaker than before (against both Orks AND SM)?

Oh, and what about the last 6 points - I am thinking maybe a Power weapon fr the CHQ to make it more intimidating, or Extra Armour for the Russ?
