A fearless IC that joins a non-fearless squad loses the USR. A non-fearless IC that joins a fearless squad gains the USR. In draigo's case, he loses fearless because the pallies he's with are not fearless, too.

I agree the wound allocation that last turn was not good. It was a very simple easy mistake.

Yeah they could outflank. The only thing is that Draigo has to be on the board to use Psychic Communion. If Draigo outflanked with them (not sure if that's possible), then there's the chance that they may have come in late in the game. And if Draigo stayed on the board, then I would've just infiltrated my termies near Driago and it would've been 11-on-1.

Overall, I don't think outflanking is that good against an army that can also outflank.

While he did make a mistake with his wound allocation in the end, I don't think he played poorly. In this game, it was just luck that I won. Our rolls were pretty much average. I just got 2 favorable dice rolls....him failing his 2+ armor and then failing morale. Up to then, he was kicking my a$$....and that was even with me getting the charge and him not doing any damage to my haminators with his shooting!

What tetrisphreak said. A fearless IC that joins a non-fearless squad loses his fearlessness as long as he is with the squad.

You should have assaulted with both the terminators and scouts in the LSS. -2 to leadership on the paladins could have shut down a lot of their powers!!!

The only problem with that was:

1. Free Kill Point for the paladins.

2. Scouts came in 1 turn too late.

3. Because me opponent went first, he could've shot down my speeder if I started it off on the board.

This demonstrates why my paladins don't leave home without their toilet of judgement

Haha....they can't afford him at 1K, not when Draigo is a requirement.

I know but I really dig k Fed with Draigo and co. He fixes their only weakness by making them better than fearless. He also sports a mc multti melta at bs 5 and, if you beak off Draigo, K Fed can drop the golden shower on him and wipe out almost anything (e.g. Twc)

Sounds fun. I wonder how long the Cobra will survive 24 TL BS5 Str8 attacks. The Sunstorm formation w/ holofields + Cobra alone costs 1500 points. I wish I had a more Wave Serpents to make a fully mech Apoc Eldar army. Alas, I only have 9 skimmers. We could do 3000 points, but my vulnerable scoring units will have to advance on foot. Then again, I do have a lot of skimmers to contest objectives like I did last time in our Tau + Eldar + SoB versus Nids Apoc match.

I might be able to do a game between December 18th to the 22nd.
