Most vehicles don't have a WS value, so since the 6th ed CSM FAQ has the same errata as the 5th ed one did, Gorechild still doesn't hit them on a 2+. Most vehicles are "treated as" having a WS of 1 or 0 when you attack them depending on whether or not they moved or are Immobilized. So this situation works exactly the way it did a month ago, basically. Except that Kharn gets to hit them on a 3+ if they're moving up to 6", when it used to be a 4+, and a 3+ if they're moving over 6", where it used to be 6s only. So it's definitely a lot easier for him to kill moving vehicles in this edition. He just doesn't get to hit them on a 2+.

So, kharn charges a vehicle. It has moved so it is "treated as" having ws1. A check is made to see if the vehicle has a weapon skill, and yes it does, that weapon skill is 1. Therefore the requirement for kharn to hit on a 2 is satisfied.
