Khorne loci are good but they really just enhance what you already are good at, while the second 'thirster fills gaps that you're army can't handle as well.

That said, DP and Grinders can also fill those gaps.

Skarbrand would be good here in this case.

Supporting the rank and vile with the two loci at the same time while being a Thirster.

Hmmm, toying with the ideas of Icons here as I've read somewhere else. Basically went like this:

Get your Flesh Hounds moving forward towards a planned drop-off point with most of your Khorne daemons in reserve. Your backfield should be an Aegis Defence Line with Comms relay manned by whatever backfield scorers you have.

When it's time for reserves, get in a Bloodcrusher squad and use it's Instrument to automatically bring in Skarbrand. Bring in a Bloodletter Squad with the Crusher's Icon and automatically bring in...a Soul Grinder maybe? Cast a grimoire of true names on the Bloodcrushers and make your opponents pick their poison on their shooting phase?

Something like that could work, right?

I like the chaining together of DS that Khorne brings but I'm not sure if the banner can be used on the turn it drops. Like teleport homers.
