"The Flying Croissant" as it's known at our club. It's a little one-dimensional and inevitably gives you a small force as crons are hardly cheap to begin with, and if you run into a tau list you may as well go home with a force like that with all the skyfire it packs. Good anti SW though as they have no flyers or Skyfire options

I'd rather lose to the deathstar than stoop to playing Cron air. But thats just me.

Hey and that is a choice I don't play Cron air, just saying it laughs at this death star. You could go with Tau as well, and just have so many bullets that he dies to failing saves.

Run a Psychically Buffed DE beast pack (will put out enough wounds to eat these guys for lunch.)

Run Psychoir Nids, and enfeeble the crap out of it prior to beating it up with Gants. or use hordes to tie up most of it while hitting one guy with a Tyrant/Swarmlord/Tervigon with Iron Arm.

Hit is with a Pack of Seekers with the Re-roll locus, and rend it to death.

Buffed GK DCA eat it for lunch.

Essentially it is really not a good unit, and lots of stuff you see in top tier lists can wreck it especially with good use of tactics.
