Almost identical to the list Nick and I took to Battle for Salvation, a very difficult list to play, good for him!!!

Pretty ironic that Neil always said that FMC daemons wouldnt win a major GT and they go and do it at his lol

No, the championship game was against Eldar / Dark Eldar not eldau. I should know, I had to watch in turns 2 and 3 as the warpstorm table killed 3 of my serpents and crippled another.

Stupid warpstorm table...

Congratulations to both Alex and Kurt, I had fun games against both players (and also all my other opponents as well!). Neil and company run a great event, and I'll certainly try and make it again next year.

Actually it won the championship game over the far nastier (and presently IMO most powerful army in the game) E/DE jet council, piloted by an excellent player.

Alex you took seer council? Nice ToF just said eldar primary so I was sort of assuming(you know the saying ;p) it was your nova list. Congrats to making it to the finals though.

The flying circus daemon list is very very solid, in the hands of a skilled pilot there is not much it can't beat

I did play an Eldau Seer Council on my way to the final (round 4 IIRC, and a very tough game), but as Fennel/Brandt have already mentioned the final was E/DE. Those two games were my first experiences against the Seer Council, so I was glad to learn that it is a fairly favorable matchup for the Circus. With a player like Fennel at the helm, I knew I had a rough game ahead anyway...but then Slaanesh did his thing and started wrecking some Eldar from the inside out.

Thanks Alex for a great game, not to mention keeping your composure despite all the Warpstorming. Thanks to all of my other opponents for some immensely enjoyable games (even the guy playing Ovesa-star! I kid.) Of course thanks to Neil and all the 11th Co. and ToF staff for a smooth, professional, and, most importantly, fun tournament. Last but not least, big ups to the Dark Prince Slaanesh, who apparently still finds the suffering of Eldar irresistibly delicious even after all these years.
