Not that there is anything wrong with add-on only stretch goal miniatures. i just don't want to see Taban pull the same stunt that they used during their IGG, where they put a limit on the amount of freebies included in the most popular pledge level (which was supposed to include all of the unlocked stretch goals.) roughly halfway though the campaign.

Don't worry, the stretch goals are going to be varied and most of them will be added directly to the ISC Sensei (and up) pledges at no additional cost.

I didn't realize that Eden was played out in a 2x2 space.

Why does that size sound familiar?

I think I just got a mat that size with another game... and scenery... hmmm.....

Base game for about 70, plus ten more dollars lets me take that board game and turn it into a full skirmish game? I'm in for that.

In theory, depending on seeing more unlocks. As it stands, if everything is unlocked, at $200 you get 1 more model than you get at $69. (You also get $80 to spend on extra stuff, but that selection is fairly limited at this time.)

I cannot advise you enough to take the ISC Sensei pledge to have more than what you dream of !

We're going to show more next week.ISC Sensei is not limited, but please feel free to pledge up to that level, I'm pretty convinced you will find it more than reasonable.

And from the ks faq:

The Vault Dweller proposes the box you will find later in your friendly local gaming store plus some additional minis that are going to be unlocked during the campaign. These minis will be an exclusive content for the box.The ISC Sensei proposes absolutely every single stretch goal unlocked during the campaign, may it be minis (new ones as well as the ones from Vault Dweller) but also cardboard add-ons etc... The more we unlock, the better this pledge level gets !

So it seems to be the recommened sweet spot!

Quick update from the comments sections from Taban:

BTW, I almost forgot, but we're adding the Eden book to the Add-ons (55$ for a book that is as heavy as the Escape box !!! lol).

The next add-on will probably be a pack of 9 swarmbots (3 wormbots, 3 scarabots et 3 flybots) when the stretch goal is unlocked. Yes, it's as awesome as it sounds !

Sounds like a cool way to get into the skirmish game as well as the Board game.

I hope they quickly start to show why the extra $50 for ISC Sensei is a better deal than the Escape Master level. Right now 1 extra figure and $20 less in credit for options does not make that $50 worth while.

Showing the value early can only help them.

I would imagine putting the actual Eden book up is a good idea, as there is the demand for it.

Seems a bit steep price- wise for the book, but if it's as heavy as they say it is, I understand. Plus there's shipping to consider.

Anyone have the book? Just how big is it? Hefty page count?

I was already getting yelled at the other day about having more hardcover books than I do available shelving for them. What's one more, right?

The book is 160 pages harcover. The price includes the book and the cards and scenarios.

Ive added extra for the book mostly due to the fact I love big hardback books full of art! And im planning on using the content of the box game to jump into the Eden skirmish game.

I think its another case of people not wanting to jump in until they see the value but the value wont be there unless people jump in!

Hopefully extra details will come out in the next few days to draw more people to the kickstarter. I guess the fish needs to see the worm on the hook before it will bite

The big Rulebook for Eden is 55 dollar and worth every single penny of it. and it comes with cards also.

More details about the "Wormbot" strech goal :   If we reach this stretch goal, we will sculpt and cast another version of swarmbot (the third version) : "Wormbot" 

All the Escape boxes will be upgraded to a total of 21 swarmbots (instead of the 16 originally planned) : - 7 flybots, 7 scarabots and 7 wormbots - exclusively for the kickstarter version of the box ! 

In addition, the pledge levels "ISC Sensei" and "Apocalypse Master" will receive a pack of nine additional swarmbots for more action in the LAB3 (and a total of 30 critters in your pledge level.)  

Once unlocked, this 9 pack will be also be available as an "Escape goodie" for $ 15

You wouldn't get the profile cards and scenario cards.

The miniatures don't appeal to me at all, but good luck in this, Taban.

The Wayland one doesn't come with the 20 cards deck (missions, profile and tactical for 2 factions) that is priced at over 10$
So basically you save 5$ + international postage cost for a 2 pounds hardbook

The terrain pieces could be a nice touch. The one on the left is giving me a Borderlands vibe. Sensei pledge is starting to look like a pretty snazzy deal!

I think there will be a lot of interplay between Eden, Escape, and Deadzone in my house come this fall. Terrain from Deadzone will

Escape's Resistance figures might make for some good civilian stand- ins in Deadzone. Deadzone's mat will be perfect for Eden since it's supposed to be played on a 2 x 2 surface.

Plus with these latest stretch goals Escape is looking like it will have a lot of nice options to play around with. Triple win for gamers!

Im going to mix up a few bits aswell Highlord, I've got a display board coming from Secret Weapon which will be for Deadzone (although I'l probably get one of each board as their released especially now the scrapyard and Ruined City streets, which I think will fit the Eden skirmish rules)

I've also got the Ruined buildings coming from Deadzone and the new resin computer terminals from Taban. Looks like i'm going to get alot of use out of all these bits like you say for multiple games.

Oh almost forgot the assesory sprue from deadzone has some crates and street lights on so thats more added to the mix for both systems.

You should like the plastic minis attached here...

Modular board - $47000 UNLOCKED!!!

Our game design team is working on an additional board : 4 x1 ft square (30cm) tiles, 2 sided and modular.The Escape players looking for diversity will be delighted ! This stretch unlocked at 47000$, and added automatically to the ISC sensei, and Ultimate survivor pledges

L.A.B. 03 Doors - $54000

If we reach this goal, we will craft a set of 3 large doors and a set of 5 small doors.Let's Escape in 3D ! These sets will be resin casted. and will be switcheand included automatically to the ISC sensei and Ultimate survivor pledges This stretch goal unlocked at $54000

Extra boards are in, and the doctor should be joining shortly as there's only a few hundred until he's set.

I'm liking the way things are shaping up. Sculpted doors, extra figures included, extra swarms further on...

That ISC level is beginning to look like the All out War pledges from All Quiet on the Martian Front- absolutely awesome deal by the end.
