I look for hobby stores that are preparing to stop stocking GW products. Franz Carl Weber, in Zurich, did this last year. Bought a ton of Dark Angels, Chaos and Daemons, might have been 60% off (plus they let me pay with USD).

It's worth it to get to know GW sales reps, they generally can give you the heads up about when someone is about to eliminate their inventory.

I've done the same with great success. The best deals I walked into were two DA battleforces for $40 each and a baneblade for $35.
