That would be the easier option.

Also something I forgot on the first draft.

Emperors Children Havocs may purchase up to 4 blastmasters in place of usual heavy weapons for +30pts each.

Yes they would be nasty against marines, but the blastmasters are more expensive than other heavy weapons, many of which have higher strength and/or ap (like lascannons) or more shots (heavy bolters/autocannons).

I could agree with them going up to 40pts each though.
