Space Marine Scout with Sniper Rifle

More work over the last few weeks.

Trying a new paint scheme with my Chimera and Wyvern Chassis that took a load of work, not sure whether I'm convinced it was worth it. Wyvern/Hydra first.

Started brown, dabbed on rust, then weathered with oils, stippled and then drybrushed. I think this could use more distinct pattens of orange rust to really show the age. Happy enough with it though.

Forgot to get some images of it with Snow too. Whoops!

Same with the Chimera

Crazy driver

One thing I've also started doing is a light black drybrush near the front of the tank to show a bit of scorching from gunfire. Entirely seen by me only but I like it.

Melta scar

On to the Leman Russ. Normally I'd do several layers of yellow lightly, then cover with GW Agrax in the recesses and then tidy up with a brush. This time around I washed with an Burnt Umber/White Spirit mix and then drybrushed instead (as I figured I'd be weathering heavily anyway). Came out nicely, but I forgot to take a picture before slapping the snow on it! Next time!

Anyways, good old blue glow Executioner here we come...

Then with the Punisher cannon

And alongside his Purple glowing friend!

As well as this flurry of Tanks I also finished my newer plastic Stormtroopers to go with their mates. Simple OSL, magnetised weapons and glossy black armour check.

Finally to complete the picture, a Dark Mechanicus Adept to repair those vehicles. (Fleshy themed for my Dark Mech 30k force)

And some gribbly servitor buddies (also counts as 30k Scyllax Guardian Automata)

Following from this lot will be some Cyclops vehicles, and probably a few more bodies for the slaughter.
And remember folks...

'We Serve the Anarch, Whose Word Drowns out all Others'.

I really should be writing...
