Unless they've been added in one of the supplements, I don't believe there are any missions currently that don't allow infiltrating.

Vanished Completely

I assume missions which deny Infiltration will contain a instructions on along the lines of 'Models with infiltration must deploy along side the rest of the army,' as seen in earlier editions of Kill Teams I think.

8th made it so I can no longer sway Tau onto the side of Chaos, but they will eventually turn aside from their idea of the Greater Good to embrace the Greatest of pleasures.

You can because both are done at the same time

Infiltrator only has an issue because it done at a separate time after normal deployment
