I'd start a new army rather than buy dupe units or supplies. New models means new lore means new painting schemes means new fun, fun, fun. Most importantly, a new army grants you a membership card to that army's club, including all the complaining and rejoicing and excitement that comes with it! LOL! Bandwagons ftw!

If I had to spend in that store and was struggling I'd probably get 2 starter boxes to split and sell, and spend the rest on paint. Otherwise I'd just get a lot of paint

Gone-to-ground in the craters of Coventry

I recently grabbed the 3 bits of the Wall of Martyrs that make up the minimum of the WoM network.
It counts as scenery if you don't pay points for them, and if you get the SA book, throw them into whatever army you play.
If you use them with your Orks, just turn the walls around, say you over-ran them, and you're pushing into the base behind IG bodies everywhere, with the triumphant Ork horde spilling through the defences.

With the 3 main boxes and the book, that's £84 RRP.
Grab an ADL to get the guns, and use the DL itself as the barricades upgrade. The battlefield accessory set tops it off.
You've got £37 left to spend.

The new dwarf battle box and some irondrakes, either that or some more GK terminators and preorder an imperial knight (they are rumoured to be priced the same as the lord of skulls, so pretty pricey :/)

You're rich! You're flashy! You 'ave a proppa Orky stoutness about your belly! And you've got more big, shooty, and dead 'ard gear than any 2 other Orks put together. Da uvver clans orta make way for da Bad Moons!

This.

Not sure how much money you can save from your discount store. But it should be at least 10 to 12 percent.

This...

Is completely useless because they're GW store vouchers that he was given.

So imagine you're in a gw store and you have £150 in your pocket, what would you buy?

No "I'd leave and order online" answers please, I have gift vouchers left over from Last Christmas that are nearly expired and I'm stumped

That's a fair wedge!

i'd spend it on tanks, skulls and spikes. Lots of spikes. I could get a lot of clanking death for that much folding green

Otherwise it'd be terrain time. Buildings only though, the basing stuff - flock, glues, grass - you can get far cheaper elsewhere.

I literally went out and spent that amount last weekend in my local non GW store (but who sell nigh on exactly at GW prices)

2 Tactical Squad
Command Squad
Dev Squad
Termies
Razorback
Scouts

All for just over 150 the core of a nice little Marine Army.

If I had that much to spend over again... well probably some sternguards but then I would just get 3/4 more Razorbacks to build magnetized and allow me to Rhino and Razorback mechanise my army

I'd get a bottle of paint and a receipt.

What? You mean I can't make light of aussie GW prices?

Have you considered just buying boxes that have components you like, that you can use in conversions? The Sternguard and, I believe, Vanguard boxes have loads of options for one thing. Fantasy equivalents for 40k conversions (such as DE executioners for Trueborn conversions - I'd love to use those helmets, maybe the axes for Hekatrix ccw's etc).

It's something different. Hellishly pricey, though if it means you get more enjoyment out of the things you buy you could be on to a winner, if adding standard units to your current force or starting a new one isn't a favourable option of course.

(edit for missing words!)
