Welp, I got my Deadzone missing item (I ordered AW Commercial and Industrial, they sent me a Medical and Commercial), and I opened the package, and it was another Commercial! Then I looked on my order query email and, woops, I told them I was missing Commercial. Dammit. So I'll just order the Industrial one on the 2nd survey

I got my DeadZone missing items and replacements for a few broken and badly miscast figures.

My ork gun track things were really bad, and like you, I asked for replacements, and even said I really only want them if they are decently cast. In particular, one of their pictures shows how the mortar and cannon supports are supposed to fit onto the chassis, there should be a little thing the mortar support goes onto and the gun support sits in between. I sent pictures showing how both mine were missing that piece.

Both replacements are as bad as the originals (and both still missing that piece). After seeing that I really didn't have the heart to bother going through the rest of the box.

I'm hoping the change of materials may help with producing decently cast minis. We'll see when the Mars Attacks stuff comes out. Of course, reading about your Loka stuff does not give me much hope.

I have yet to receive my replacements. You'd think that since they're sending out 50 per day, they could at least do a little QC to ensure the sent merch doesn't have the same issues....

Got my missing KoW KS bits last week. Nothing yet for DZ or DB.......

I gave up on KoW stuff.

Any idea when the Mars Attacks payment requests will go out? They are not very communicative once a campaign is over at all...
