Ran some numbers for Sentinels of Terra Imperial Fists, was able to get 11625 by filling the Elites and Heavy Support with Grav Cents in LRCs, Fast Attack with Assault Cents in LRCs, and using a maxed out Bike Captain with a Command Squad of Bike Vets (all with two Thunder Hammers and a Storm Shield), and by using the Techmarines the Captain grants. The unfortunate part is the Troops slot for any of the Space Marines is fairly limited with what you can do, maxing out at 370-390 pts. The funny thing is that the Captain has a higher cap than the Chapter Master.
Unbelievably, 1 CAD, no Allies or Fortifications, and surprisingly competitive.
I'd really like to see someone show me up, because I'm surprised at this. Please, someone?
