The Plasma Obliterator has way too much bling for a terrain kit and is way too expensive. The pipes are overpriced but if you are building a Cities of Death board using GW kits then you are used to that by now. I will be buying the skull pipes myself.

These are great models. I got about 14+ sets of them when they went on sale for $9.00. Interchangable and can be built in different configurations and easy to add on bits and such to "40k-ize" them.
only issue I found is that the have all 4 walls but if you leave open backs, that gives you extra parts. they have strips to go around the edges for "floors" to let you reach in but you can also easily just leave the back open and "convert in' floors. great for non-admin whatnot buildings. Course, no big guns and all attached but for reguler buildings...great stuff.
