3 falcons to drop strike an Aspect Host.
I personally use one full of Dragons, two with Reapers and starshot. One falcon of reapers has an Autarch with wings and a fusion gun.
You have an over 20 inch landing space between your no scatter deep strike and disembark.
Fire dragons and the Autarch use battle focus to manipulate the shield placement

Yeah, that's what I'm doing, but going with either 3 units of dragons, or two with one unit of reapers, assured destruction is just too good, plus the dragons are just plain cheap for what you get.

For the specific adlance opponent, that is the best choice.
The reapers are much more utilitous as the ignore jink, rerolls against the quickest unitsand ap3 all around. The dragons 12 range just makes them eh.

Except an Autarch with wings can't go into a transport. BRB 80: "Only infantry models can embark upon Transports (this doe not include Jump or Jet Pack Infantry), unless specifically stated otherwise." Autarch with wings is jump infantry.

Automatically Appended Next Post: Took the wings off, took off one start cannon on my WK. Now the the 3 falcons have an extra cannon

This rule is conflicted in other sections of the book. For instance, Jump Infantry and Jet Pack Infantry are both given the Bulky rules. The bulky rules make them take up 2 spots when they embark on a transport, and do literally nothing else in the game. If they couldn't embark on a transport, why would they have a rule making them take up 2 spots on a transport when they embark?
I haven't done a ton of research to find other points that conflict with your interpretation of the rule, but I'm sure there are others if you look for them.

There is NO SUCH THING as MORE ADVANCED in 40k!!! There are ONLY 2 LEVELS of RULES: Basic and Advanced. THE END. Stop saying "More Advanced". That is not a recognized thing in modern 40k!!!!

The rule is for buildings. I remember now, this is what I confused myself with too.

Bulky exists for instances where Jump Infantry and Jet Pack Infantry CAN embark on transports, I.E. when Assault Space Marines embark on a Stormraven. The Stormraven specifically says that Jump Infantry can embark on it, so ASM can, but they take two spots a piece on them.
Oh, and the reason you don't throw two or more grenades into the same place is because of the possibility of the grenades ricocheting off each other or one grenade propelling an unexploded grenade back at the people throwing them. So it actually makes sense that only one grenade can be thrown in each Shooting Phase, since you wouldn't want to accidentally be on the receiving end of your own grenade.

Bulky also comes up in several one off rules; case in point raven guard get scout unless they are bulky. ie raven guard assault marines w/ jump packs don't get scout.

I run several options for taking care of the lance in my regular tournament lists.
D-cannon battery - they're barrage, and hit side armour. No rerollable ++ save for you buddy.
Swooping Hawks - 18+ 2d6 charge range, with haywire. Suddenly he's very careful about where he places his knights. Again, no ++ save in assault
Wraithknight - Roll a 6. Also hard for a knight to take down through shooting. And he's not assaulting you, because of the first two options.

Played against a 4 IK + inq list a few days ago...
Brought two 5-man WraithGuards with Wraith cannons and WWP Haemys.
Destroyed 2 IK after deepstriking and another one in the subsequent round.
I then glanced the other one to death with my scatbikes + dual Crimson Hunters.
I know all the rage for Wraithguards are the D-scythes... but, rolling 6's on Wraith cannons is especially juicy.

I agree, I don't think the cannons should be overlooked at all.
