The ID on a 6 is only in challenges. He also re-rolls failed To Hit rolls while in a challenge.
I can't remember, was he Fearless in the last dex? If not, he is now.

I think I'm going to have to try the tide. After all, they have pseudo-fleet anyway, so run a little faster than ordinary marines, and for the cost of a Land Raider you get a full 20-man Crusader Squad. Besides, a Land Raider explodes as soon as that Wraithknight looks at it anyway.
